In order for my vision to become reality, I am seeking the cooperation, support, and financial contributions
from both private and corporate sponsors. We are currently working with several corporations that contributed
to the success of the first harvest brigade in 1944. Many of these corporations continue to play an active
role in the combining, transportation, and harvest operations today.
The motto of this tribute -- "We Were There, Then and Now" -- was chosen to reflect the continued involvement these
corporations have had since the first harvest brigade of 1944.
